The Role

We’re looking for a natural networker who thrives on ownership, not oversight. You’ll build and grow our publisher network around lead generation: onboarding top-tier traffic sources, matching them to the right offers, and scaling what converts, while keeping lead quality, compliance and partner relationships strong. You’ll work closely with fellow Affiliate Managers and the wider CC US team, and you’ll see the direct impact of your work on revenue.

What You’ll Do

• Onboard new publishers and traffic sources onto our network.

• Develop new lead generation supply channels and grow volume on existing ones

• Drive performance on lead gen offers (CPL/CPA), matching the right publishers and traffic sources to each offer

• Monitor lead quality and conversion, and optimize traffic sources based on results

• Manage your existing publishers daily: communication, fraud prevention, contracts, troubleshooting, and offer approvals

• Recruit new top-tier publishers through industry forums, email, affiliate search tools, LinkedIn, and personal connections

• Manage and scale affiliate marketing budgets

• Work with fellow Affiliate Managers to promote campaigns while maintaining brand safety and compliance

• Learn and grow new offer verticals, with lead generation first, plus sweeps, mobile apps, casino and gambling, and dating
  

How Success Is Measured

• New publishers and traffic sources onboarded and activated

• Lead volume and revenue generated from your publisher portfolio

• Lead quality and conversion rates on the traffic you manage

• Healthy, long-term relationships with your publishers
  

What You Bring

• 1+ year of experience in affiliate marketing or media and internet sales products, ideally in lead generation

• Cost Per Lead (CPL) and Cost Per Action (CPA) experience

• Understanding of lead quality, traffic validation, and compliance in lead gen campaigns

• Strong verbal and written communication, with organized and consistent follow-up

• Experience with CRM systems and online tools

• A performance-driven, proactive mindset

• Post-secondary education
