Your role at Hostinger

Join Hostinger's Affiliate Marketing team and help us build and scale high-performing partnerships that drive sustainable business growth worldwide. As an Affiliate Manager — DACH, you'll be responsible for expanding and optimizing our affiliate partner network across Germany, Austria, and Switzerland. You'll work closely with the Performance Marketing, Product, and Regional Growth teams to identify new partnership opportunities, strengthen existing relationships, and drive sustainable growth across the DACH region.

Your day-to-day

• Identify, reach out to, and onboard new affiliate partners across the DACH region — with Germany as the focus market.

• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key affiliates in these markets.

• Negotiate deals, set KPIs, and ensure continuous partner performance improvement.

• Explore new market opportunities and develop initiatives to grow Hostinger's visibility and revenue across DACH.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align campaigns and promotional activities for each local market.

• Monitor campaign data, analyze trends, and propose growth-oriented optimizations.

• Leverage automation and AI tools in your daily work to increase efficiency and partner engagement.

What will help you succeed

• 3+ years of experience in affiliate marketing or partnership management.

• Deep understanding of the DACH digital and affiliate landscape — including knowledge of key local publishers, tech media, coupon sites, price-comparison platforms (e.g. Idealo, Geizhals), and digital communities in Germany, Austria, and Switzerland.

• Proven ability to build and grow affiliate network partnerships.

• Excellent negotiation and communication skills, with cultural fluency in German-speaking markets.

• Data-driven mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• General proficiency in using AI and automation tools in daily workflows.

• Fluent in English and German.
