As the business continues to scale globally, we are looking for a Creative Marketing Manager who will drive the creative strategy for our paid acquisition channels. You’ll lead the full cycle, from research and ideation to production and testing, working closely with UA, design, and video teams to find winning creatives.

What You Will Be Responsible For:

• Turn customer insights, market research and performance data into creative hypotheses.

• Use AI to rethink how ideas are generated, validated and produced.

• Work closely with Design, User Acquisition, Growth and Product teams to launch, test and scale new creative concepts.

• Evaluate ad performance beyond CTR and CAC, generate actionable insights to optimize and improve results continuously.

• Continuously explore new formats, angles and narratives.

• Is naturally curious. You spend your free time analysing great advertising, following creators, reading Reddit threads, exploring new AI tools and trying to understand why people behave the way they do.
