Founding Growth and Content Marketer job description
Location: New York, NY (onsite, 5 days)
Pay: $120,000–$150,000 + equity
A venture-backed software and payments company has grown quickly with no marketing team. You'll be the first marketing hire, working directly with the founders and owning the brand voice.
What you'll do
Build the brand through short-form video, newsletters and paid social
Own the content calendar and iterate on what performs
Run paid media, or manage the agency that does
Keep the brand consistent across sales and product
What you bring
Content that went viral for a B2B or consumer brand
Built content plans at a startup or an agency that takes risks
Video and editing craft
Comfortable owning everything
Nice to have: paid media expertise
