Key Accountabilities

  • Lead the audit and update of packaging, labels, and branding materials across numerous products, ensuring specifications, regulatory/compliance text, and design consistency are current and accurate
  • Audit existing design templates and source files (Illustrator, InDesign) to identify outdated branding, layouts, or specs, and maintain a master template library reflecting current standards
  • Conduct ongoing audits of corporate documents and marketing materials to identify outdated, inconsistent, or inaccurate content
  • Update and develop corporate documents and marketing materials, using AI tools where appropriate while applying sound judgment to verify accuracy
  • Coordinate with regional and product teams to validate content and design accuracy before publishing or sending to print
  • Maintain a content and design inventory to track audit status, outstanding updates, template versions, and completion

  • Flag content or design gaps and recurring accuracy issues to the Marketing team for process improvement

  • Basic knowledge of HTML
  • Experience with Microsoft Office suite
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, especially when tracking updates across a large volume of products and templates
  • Strong communication, problem-solving skills, and the ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
