Make an Impact by:

LinkedIn & Social Media:

• Maintain the editorial calendar and gather input from teams across the business.
• Draft, schedule and publish posts for the DCS company account and help produce content for other profiles.
• Prepare visuals, carousels and short-form video.
• Track reach, engagement and follower growth, and translate the numbers into concrete recommendations.

External Communications:

• Monitor and clip coverage of DCS, e-mobility and EV charging across trade and business media.
• Maintain media lists, press materials and the coverage archive.
• Help prepare for interviews, statements and trade association engagements.

Internal Communications:

• Help run our internal channels and formats: research, drafting, slides and follow-up.
• Help keep messaging consistent across our Berlin, Munich, and Tokyo offices.
• Maintain templates, distribution lists and the internal communications calendar.

Employer Branding & Events:

• Work with People & Culture on candidate-facing content and career page material.
• Contribute to employer branding formats such as our employee interview series on LinkedIn.
• Help coordinate internal and external events end to end: preparation, on-site coordination and documentation.

Editorial & Research:

• Fact-check, proofread and verify sources before anything is published.
• Maintain our communications archive: coverage, assets and approvals.

Learning & Development:

• Direct exposure to corporate communications at management level.
• Insight into brand management, media relations and communications in regulated contexts.
• Regular feedback and mentoring from an experienced communications team

Your Profile

• Currently enrolled in Communications, Media Studies, Journalism, Marketing, Business Administration or a related field. 
• Excellent written English at native or C2 level. Writing quality is the core of this role. 
• Good working German, C1 preferred: you will read German trade press and work with German-speaking colleagues. 
• First practical experience in communications, editorial work, journalism or an agency environment. 
• Comfortable using LinkedIn as a professional channel; familiarity with analytics tools is a plus.
• Comfortable producing simple visual assets for social media (Canva or similar) is a plus.
• Structured, reliable and discreet. 
• Genuine interest in e-mobility and the energy transition. 
• Available for 20 hours per week year-round, for at least 12 months.
• Available to work for 40 hours per week during semester breaks
