The Role

As Creative Producer & Project Manager, you'll drive planning and execution of our photo and video shoots, as well as copywriting pipeline, for ads, websites, emails, events, and social channels. 

You'll play a key project management role on the creative team — keeping shoots and projects on schedule, coordinating logistics, and making sure everyone involved has what they need to do great work. You'll work closely with the merchandising and marketing teams to understand briefs, and support creative leadership in translating those briefs into well-run projects and productions.

What You'll Do:

Your responsibilities include but are not limited to: 

  • Line producing multiple productions every month across Bespoke Post, Halfday Travel, and our various private label brands.

  • Support and facilitate the planning of photo and video shoots, including scheduling, location research, travel logistics, and vendor coordination. 

  • Help project manage shoots and campaigns end-to-end — building timelines, tracking deliverables, ensuring clear communication of priorities, deliverables, and project status across teams.

  • Identify and resolve production risks before they impact timelines or budgets.

  • Assist with day-to-day management of freelancer and partner relationships, including W9s, contracts, scheduling, permits, and invoices. 

  • Build and maintain vendor and creative partner relationships across photographers, stylists, casting agencies, and post-production vendors.

  • Keep production budgets, calendars, and trackers organized and up to date. 

  • Be an on-set point of contact, helping shoots run smoothly and on schedule. 

  • Look for ways to make our creative operations and workflows more efficient and impactful.

  • Bring energy, organization, and a can-do attitude to a fast-moving creative team.

  • Project managing the copywriting and copy QA process, including site copy, pdps, emails, and editorial. 

  • What You'll Bring:

  • Have 4+ years of experience in production (& project management), or a related coordination role. 

  • Have experience photo/video production; apparel or e-commerce experience is a plus,

  • Be highly organized, detail-oriented, and experienced with juggling multiple timelines at once. 

  • Have a positive, collaborative attitude that fits well on- and off-set. 

  • Be a clear, proactive communicator who's comfortable coordinating with a range of team members and freelancers. 

  • Experience project management platforms– especially Asana– is a big plus

  • Have an proactive, scrappy, and optimistic attitude and a passion for making great work

  • Be able to occasionally travel for multi-day shoots. Work out of our New York City office 3 days per week.
