About the role
We need a Creative Producer who lives and breathes paid social. UGC video editing. Native-format static ads. Remix cuts that turn one winning concept into ten variations. Lo-fi content that stops the scroll because it feels real, not because it looks expensive.
You'll be making the ads that millions of people see in their feeds every day, across five brands and very different audiences. You'll know what's working because you'll watch the performance data — and you'll keep producing, because that's what you love: create at pace, learn from results, get better every cycle.
This role is part of our remote HQ! We have a fully remote, high-trust work environment, and we come together twice a year for offsites where we get to connect IRL. Given regular use of our production studio, we'd like this person based in or around the LA/SoCal area.
In this role, you will:
- Concept, film, and edit UGC style content, and be a face of our paid social across the Ü Snacks portfolio
- Turn raw creator footage into polished, launch-ready ads for Meta, TikTok, and Google
- Build native, platform-specific static ads for feed, story, and reels
- Take proven winners and produce fresh hooks, text overlays, and format cuts to keep our testing pipeline full
- Own file naming, specs, and delivery so nothing stalls on its way into the ad account
- Use our LA studio on a regular cadence to keep production moving, plus occasional travel for creator and influencer shoots
- Flex to support the Creative Strategy team on emerging brands and LTO launches, filming ahead of packaging drops so the CS team can move fast right after
- Manage a working content budget for props, collaborators, and whatever a shoot needs
We're looking for someone who:
- Has 3-5 years producing content in UGC or paid social (brand, agency, creator, or freelance) with a portfolio that proves it performed, not just that it looked good
- Is genuinely comfortable being the face of the brand, on camera, regularly
- Edits fluently in CapCut, Premiere Pro, or DaVinci Resolve, and can mock up static creative in Figma, Canva, or Photoshop
- Understands what makes content stop the scroll, and speaks the language of hook rate, hold rate, CTR, and nCAC
- Can take a concept handed to them in the morning and turn around a launch-ready ad the same day
- Is based in or near the LA/SoCal area (or willing to relocate) and can commit to regular studio days
Nice to Have
- Deep understanding of the difference between "brand" creative and content that actually converts
- Familiarity with AI creative tools (Higgsfield, Butter, Nano Banana, Sora, etc.)
- A portfolio or reel that makes us want to hire you before we finish scrolling
- You know what CTR, hook rate, and hold rate mean — and you think about them while you edit
- Health, wellness, or supplement experience
Approach to the role:
- Treats speed as a craft, not a shortcut: fast and good, not fast or good
- Studies social like homework, reverse-engineering hooks, pacing, and transitions from what's actually working right now
- Takes a brief and hands back something better than what was asked for
- Owns the full loop. No chasing, no double-checking required
- Gets curious about the data. Wants to know how a piece performed and adjusts the next one

Compensation & Benefits:
At Grüns, we're committed to providing a competitive total compensation package — grounded in market data that considers our size, stage, industry, and location. For this role, the base salary range is $80,000-$100,000 depending on experience, paired with a comprehensive benefits package designed to support the well-being and growth of our team.
