Your mission

We are looking for a Creative Producer with a proven track record in expansive immersive shows and experiences. This role is for someone deeply experienced in our field, not adjacent to it.

You will take end-to-end ownership of immersive projects and large-scale productions, acting as the central force that aligns creative vision, production reality, teams, budgets, timelines, and client expectations. You are equally comfortable driving concepts, managing complexity, and ensuring flawless execution.

This is a hands-on role for someone ready to independently manage 360° immersive projects, branded experiential content, and cross-disciplinary productions - and who understands what it takes to deliver ambitious immersive work at scale.

Key Responsibilities

• End-to-End Immersive Production Ownership: Lead large-scale audiovisual projects from early concept through production, delivery, and final execution; owning vision, scope, timelines, and outcomes.
• Creative & Strategic Oversight: Act as a creative partner to directors and designers, ensuring the original vision remains intact while being deliverable within time, budget, and technical constraints.
• Project Management & Planning: Develop and manage detailed production plans, schedules, and budgets for complex immersive and live projects.
• Budget Ownership & Financial Control: Take responsibility for project budgets, cost tracking, forecasting, and financial decision-making.
• Client Leadership & Expectation Management: Act as a primary client interface, confidently communicating creative intent, production processes, and constraints — and aligning expectations throughout the lifecycle of the project.
• Team Leadership & Coordination: Lead and coordinate multidisciplinary teams including creatives, technologists, fabricators, and external partners, ensuring clarity, motivation, and momentum
• Bridge Between Creative, Technical & Commercial: Serve as the central alignment point between creative ambition, technical feasibility, and commercial reality.
• Immersive Production Expertise: Apply your experience in immersive shows, audiovisual installations, and interactive environments to anticipate risks, solve problems, and deliver at the highest level.

Your profile

This role requires demonstrable experience in immersive experiences.

We are only considering candidates with a clear background in producing large-scale audiovisual or experiential projects.

You bring:

• 5+ years of experience in creative production, with significant hands-on experience producing immersive shows, installations, or large-scale experiential projects within cultural spaces.
• A proven ability to own and deliver complex immersive productions from concept to completion
• Experience working across 360° multisensory environments, live or spatial storytelling, and branded experiential content
• Knowledge of 3D motion, digital and interactive production pipelines. 
• Strong project management, budgeting, and planning skills
• Confidence managing senior stakeholders, clients, technical and creative teams
• The ability to balance creative vision with technical and financial realities
• Excellent communication skills in English (mandatory)
• Willingness to travel for projects
• Based in Germany or The Netherlands, or willing to relocate

Experience outside immersive or live experiential work alone is not sufficient for this role.
