Junior Graphic Designer – 3 Month FTC | 📍London – Hybrid, 1-2 days per week in the office | 💰Competitive Salary + Benefits
About the Role
We’re looking for a Junior Graphic Designer to join the Moonpig Experiences creative team in London on a 3-month fixed-term contract, working hybrid with 1-2 days per week in the office.
At Buyagift and Red Letter Days, we’re on a mission to help people create memories that last a lifetime and make moments more personal. As part of our in-house creative team, you’ll help bring our brands to life through engaging, high-performing creative across website, digital, CRM, retail and marketing channels.
Working closely with our Trading, Product, Marketing and Retail teams, you’ll create cohesive customer experiences across digital, print and physical media. This is a great opportunity to develop your craft, work with established brand systems and learn through feedback while creating work seen by thousands of customers.
Key Responsibilities
Design seasonal advertising and campaign banners across our own and third-party channels, including Tesco, Argos and Amazon.
Support our Trading teams by creating engaging assets and imagery for our websites.
Adapt existing templates and resize artwork for different platforms and channels.
Support the rollout of printed products and packaging across major retailers, including John Lewis.
Create email designs and customer touchpoints seen by thousands of customers.
Execute creative briefs and produce high-quality assets in line with our brand guidelines.
Make revisions and develop creative work in response to feedback.
Help maintain consistency and quality across our creative output.
About You
Creative enthusiasm and fresh ideas, with the ability to connect creative thinking to a brief.
Comfortable receiving feedback and using it to develop and improve creative work.
Ability to work within brand guidelines while maintaining high standards of consistency and quality.
A proactive, solution-focused approach to creative challenges.
Comfortable using a range of design tools, including Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Canva and AI.
An interest in creating engaging, on-brand work that supports both customer experience and commercial goals.
