Position Summary:

We are seeking a Senior Graphic Designer for Strongpoint Partners and every brand in our national network, and to own and grow our advisor-facing sales collateral program, as well as producing sales, brand, and digital marketing assets.

This is a client-facing creative role. You will produce design work across our full portfolio of 25+ Partner brands, and you will work directly with Partner Presidents, sales representatives, and financial advisors to scope, present, and deliver collateral that supports their growth. You will also take ownership of a tiered sales collateral offering currently delivered to advisors at a single Partner firm, with the mandate to define it, improve it, and scale it across the network.

We are looking for a designer who is as comfortable in a conversation with a Partner President or an advisor as they are in InDesign, and who wants ownership of a program rather than a request queue.

PLEASE NOTE: This position can be performed fully remotely from anywhere within the United States, or on a hybrid basis from our Chicago office. We are committed to supporting a flexible work environment and welcome candidates from all U.S. time zones.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Program Ownership and Growth
    • Own the advisor-facing sales collateral program, including service tiers, deliverable definitions, turnaround commitments, and quality standards.
    • Scale the program across the Partner network, working with Marketing, Sales, and Partner leadership to introduce the offering to additional firms and advisors.
    • Track program utilization, delivery, and revenue, and report on performance to Marketing leadership.
    • Scope collateral engagements directly with advisors and Partner leaders, setting clear expectations on deliverables and timelines.

  • Client and Stakeholder Engagement
    • Serve as the primary design contact for Partner Presidents, sales representatives, and financial advisors, translating business goals into creative direction.
    • Present and explain creative work to senior stakeholders, incorporating feedback while advocating for design decisions that serve the objective.
    • Nurture relationships with key advisors, sustaining and protecting the goodwill our Partner firms have created with these critical business partners.

  • Design Leadership and Execution
    • Design sales collateral that supports Partner growth, including flyers, brochures, presentations, proposals, welcome kits, and other digital collateral.
    • Produce digital marketing assets across channels, including social media assets, e-marketing graphics, website visuals, and digital ads.
    • Create brand collateral for events, conferences, and recruiting, including booth graphics, signage, branded merchandise, and print pieces.
    • Collaborate cross-functionally with sales and Partner leadership teams to ensure a consistent and professional brand experience.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • 8+ years of graphic design experience, including demonstrated success designing across multiple distinct brands or business units simultaneously.
  • Direct client or senior stakeholder experience, including scoping work, presenting creative, and managing relationships independently.
  • A portfolio demonstrating range across sales collateral, digital and social assets, and email design, with evidence of work produced for external clients or senior leadership. Portfolio or portfolio link is required for consideration.
  • Advanced proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop) and Figma.
  • Advanced presentation design skills in PowerPoint, including building durable template systems for use by non-designers.
  • Experience maintaining brand standards, style guides, or design systems.
  • Strong knowledge of both print and digital production, including file preparation and specifications.
  • Demonstrated ability to own a body of work end to end, set priorities independently, and deliver against deadlines without close supervision.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a high attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, Fine Arts, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
  • Experience building or scaling a creative services offering, including scoping, pricing, or productizing design work.
  • Video editing and motion graphics experience (Adobe Premiere, After Effects, or similar).
  • Canva, Hubspot, and Squarespace experience is a plus.
  • Photography and photo editing would be a plus, as well.
  • Experience supporting a multi-brand organization.
  • Creative problem-solver with curiosity and humility to learn from subject-matter experts.
  • Adaptability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment.

Travel Requirements:

  • This role may require occasional travel to partner sites across the U.S.
