Summary of the Graphic Designer job at TransPerfect

We are seeking a Graphic Designer to join our team and help us execute new and innovative content creation projects within TransPerfect.  

This person will play a vital role in corporate and product marketing and must demonstrate exceptional knowledge and experience working with Adobe Creative Suite, print, web, and AI applications. The successful candidate must have excellent communication skills (both written and verbal), be able to work independently, be able to prioritize and multi-task while meeting deadlines. They must be capable of executing projects from concept through production, juggle multiple projects simultaneously, and meet quick turnaround times while maintaining a high quality of work. 

What you’ll do:

• Design and produce engaging visual assets for digital, social media, print, motion graphics, and multimedia projects.

• Develop creative concepts, layouts, storyboards, and design strategies aligned with project objectives and client requirements.

• Collaborate with creative, art, production, and internal teams to define visual styles, concepts, and project direction.

• Create original graphics, illustrations, and concept art using industry-standard design software and tools.

• Support motion graphics, animation, video editing, and art direction initiatives as needed.

• Research design trends, techniques, and best practices to deliver innovative and effective visual solutions.

• Combine typography, color, imagery, and composition to create visually compelling designs that solve communication challenges.

• Maintain brand consistency, design standards, file organization, version control practices, and compliance with company guidelines while contributing ideas during brainstorming sessions and special projects.

Requirements

What you’ll need:

• Strong Adobe Premiere skills.

• Strong Adobe Photoshop, InDesign and Illustrator skills.

• 3-5 years working experience in the graphic design/visual designer field. 

• An artistic background in social campaigns with an extensive portfolio.

• An interest in new technologies and AI.

• Strong creative thinking, exhibiting a range or varied styles and techniques.

• Ability to create high quality content from a loose or constrained brief with short deadlines.

• Working on multiple projects concurrently, balancing time constraints whilst maintaining quality.

• Understanding brands and producing work of a suitable style.

• Collaborative work style and commitment to get the job done.
