Growth Marketer Jobs
What does a Growth Marketer do?
A Growth Marketer owns the strategy and execution of scalable, data-driven campaigns designed to grow a product's user base and revenue. Day-to-day, they identify growth levers across acquisition, activation, retention, and referral channels, design and run A/B and multivariate experiments, analyse funnel performance, and iterate rapidly on what works. They collaborate closely with product, engineering, and data teams to implement growth loops, optimise conversion rates, and reduce churn, treating marketing as a continuous cycle of hypothesis, test, and measurement rather than a series of one-off campaigns.
Key responsibilities
- Design and run A/B and multivariate experiments across acquisition and retention channels
- Analyse funnel metrics to identify drop-off points and prioritise growth opportunities
- Manage and optimise paid and organic acquisition channels (SEO, SEM, paid social, email)
- Build and iterate on onboarding and lifecycle messaging to improve activation and retention
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to implement in-product growth loops
- Report on key growth KPIs and translate findings into actionable recommendations
