Lifecycle Marketing Specialist job description

Change.org is searching for a Lifecycle Marketing Specialist to serve as the centralized production for cross-functional email campaigns, driving petition activity while ensuring brand alignment. You will report to our Director of Lifecycle Marketing. As a key member of our Lifecycle Marketing team, you’ll own and scale Change.org's global campaigning emails, including building, testing, and executing workflows in a proprietary tool, prioritizing competing cross-functional requests, maintaining clean list segmentation, and reporting on key email metrics.

Key Outcomes:

  • Standardize and own the global campaigning email intake process at scale;

  • Own the execution, testing, and optimizing of email campaigns in our proprietary tool;

  • Prioritize requests from global cross-functional partners with competing demands;

  • Maintain a healthy email list with clean segmentation;

  • Provide regular reporting on key email performance metrics;


The most important core competencies for the role are:

  • Skilled in building, testing and creating high-volume email campaigns;

  • Proficiency in managing multiple concurrent priorities, workstreams, and/or requests without sacrificing quality or accuracy, while maintaining visibility on status

  • Maintaining healthy email lists and balancing user experience, segmentation and brand alignment ;

  • Cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management;

 

Target experience:

  • Minimum 3-5 years experience in lifecycle, CRM, email marketing, ideally with a centralized email function serving multiple business verticals

Our compensation philosophy is based on pay equity. All of our salaries are determined before we launch a role – they are based on a predetermined salary scale, the level on that scale and the cost of labor for that location. The annual salary of a Lifecycle Marketing Specialist is $120,000 in San Francisco and New York, is $114,000 in Austin, Boston, Chicago, DC, Los Angeles and Seattle, and is $102,000 in all other US locations.
