We're looking for a Senior Motion Designer who is a strong craft practitioner and an even stronger thinker, someone who can lead creative direction, pressure-test briefs, and build systems, not just produce assets. Motion is the core craft requirement.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Lead motion design across brand touchpoints — social, digital campaigns, video, and event assets

• Own video editing for digital and content marketing from brief to final delivery

• Develop concepts and storyboards before production starts

• Set and raise the quality bar for motion across the team

• Apply a consistent brand lens, pushing back when a brief would compromise it

• Interrogate briefs from demand gen, content, and field marketing before executing

• Act as a creative partner to stakeholders, not just an executor

• Build tools, templates, and reusable assets that let the team self-serve

WHAT YOU'LL BRING

• Professional proficiency in English

• Strong portfolio demonstrating high-quality motion and brand design

• Advanced proficiency in After Effects and Premiere Pro

• Strong supporting skills in Figma, Illustrator, and Photoshop

• Demonstrable ability to develop a concept, not just execute one

• Several years of senior-level motion design experience in a fast-paced environment (agency or in-house)

• Experience interrogating briefs and proposing creative direction

• Ability to manage multiple projects and adapt to varying complexity
