Summary of the Studio Manager München (m/w/d) job at Reformer Club GmbH

Your mission

• Team Management: Monthly planning (schedule and team) and optimization of the class schedule, hiring, onboarding and leading the Instructor and Front Desk teams, ensuring class quality and healthy team dynamics

• Studio Management: Overseeing smooth day-to-day studio operations, coordinating external partners, ensuring hygiene, order and a high-quality studio experience, managing inventory

• Customer Management: Creating an exceptional customer experience, handling customer inquiries and feedback, ensuring a welcoming and feel-good atmosphere in the studio

• Events and B2B: Handling B2B requests and coordinating events

• Reporting and Payroll: Regular reporting and alignment with the Central Team (founders and operations), reviewing and approving timesheets

• Front Desk and Instructor Work: Teaching at least 7 Reformer classes per week, covering open Front Desk shifts and classes when needed

Your profile

• You are fluent in German and English (spoken and written)

• You are a certified Reformer Pilates Instructor and bring teaching experience

• You have experience in management and leading teams

• You enjoy working on-site, close to your team, members and partners

• Strong organizational skills, a passion for movement and a hands-on mentality describe you well

• You are flexible, communicative and resilient, comfortable with shift-based work and enjoy a dynamic studio environment

• You delight customers with strong service orientation and clear, empathetic communication

• You are confident using Excel, have an affinity for digital tools (Google Suite, Canva, MS Office, CRM and booking tools) and approach challenges proactively

• You are willing to work one day on the weekend

• You identify with our brand and place high value on quality, atmosphere and details
