About The Role

We're seeking a highly motivated, English-speaking AI-native Video Producer with experience in producing and editing video ads for performance marketing campaigns to join our team full-time (in San Francisco or Berlin on-site, hybrid or remote). In this role, you will work with our self-developed AI video engine to produce, edit and deliver video ads for the paid social campaigns of our clients. Your videos will reach millions of people across Meta, Google, LinkedIn and TikTok.

Responsibilities

• AI Video Ad Production: You use our powerful, self-developed AI video engine to produce, edit and design strong video ads that will be seen by millions of people. You are in charge, the AI helps you get there.

• Team Collaboration: Work with an ambitious team of marketing managers and creative designers to ensure projects are executed to a high standard and in a timely manner.

• Shape the AI engine: Give feedback to our product and engineering team and shape how our video engine will evolve and improve over time.

Requirements

• Passion for video, you love scripting, editing, motion and creative work

• Years of experience in producing / editing videos

• Work experience in paid social or with performance marketing campaigns

• Fast learner, hard-working, and stress-resistant

• Curious and excited about AI rather than afraid of it

• Fluent English

• Work experience at a marketing agency or production studio

• You have won awards for your creative work
