Overview
We are building a structured, performance-driven commercial team within our international affiliate network. Our core vertical today is iGaming, we are actively preparing to expand into FX, Crypto, and Nutra.

The Affiliate Manager will own a portfolio of partners across selected priority markets. This is a hands-on commercial role: the person will be expected to bring an existing network of industry contacts, close deals independently, and take responsibility for both the volume and the quality of traffic delivered to our advertisers.

Responsibilities

• Acquire new partners through personal industry network, outreach, conferences and
  specialised communities.
• Manage and grow an existing portfolio of affiliates. Increase volumes, expand into new GEOs, and improve overall traffic quality.
• Negotiate and structure commercial terms across CPA, RevShare, Hybrid and CPL models, while protecting network margin.
• Own the P&L of the assigned portfolio, including payout levels, caps, ROI per offer and partner profitability.
• Monitor traffic quality in cooperation with advertisers. FTDs, retention, deposit activity, chargebacks and act quickly on fraud or non-target traffic.
• Work closely with advertisers' affiliate and account teams to secure improved terms, rate bumps, exclusives, custom landing pages and promotional assets.
• Maintain accurate reporting and volume forecasts for the assigned partner base.
• Represent the company at industry events.
• Support the launch of new verticals: test offers, identify relevant traffic sources and build the initial partner base.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of experience in affiliate marketing within iGaming / Nutra / FX / Crypto verticals, on the network, advertiser or brand side.
• An established network of industry contacts. Affiliates, operators, advertisers. This is one of a key requirements for the role.
• Solid understanding of traffic economics: ROI and LTV calculation, payout models, and what separates quality traffic from volume without value.
• Working knowledge of traffic sources and the ability to speak the same language as affiliates and advertisers: SEO, ASO, PPC/UAC, Facebook, Telegram, streaming, influencers, push and pops.
• Hands-on experience with affiliate platforms and trackers.
• Autonomy and a clear track record of converting introductions into revenue-generating volume.

Would be great to have

• Deeper experience in any vertical except iGaming (Nutra, FX, Crypto, etc), or a working understanding of these verticals.
• Experience launching a new GEO.
