- Support sponsorship activations and strategic partnerships by coordinating deliverables, assets, guest experiences, and event programming.
- Collaborate with Integrated Marketing, Social, Communications, Partnerships, Sales, and Customer Success teams to ensure alignment across campaigns and activations.
- Track event performance metrics including attendance, lead generation, customer engagement, merchant participation, and overall program impact.
- Maintain event calendars, project plans, and reporting dashboards to support program visibility and operational excellence.
- Travel to support on-site execution and serve as a brand ambassador at events across North America.
- Identify opportunities to improve processes, scale event operations, and enhance attendee experiences across the portfolio.
We're excited about you because you have...
- You have 4+ years of experience in event marketing, experiential marketing, field marketing, hospitality marketing, partnerships, or related functions.
- You have hands-on experience executing both consumer-facing and B2B events, with a passion for creating exceptional guest experiences.
- Have experience interacting with AI tools (ie Claude, ChatGPT, etc) and display curiosity, adaptability, and the ability to blend AI with the day-to-day role.
- You are highly organized and excel at managing multiple projects, deadlines, vendors, and stakeholders simultaneously.
- You enjoy rolling up your sleeves and can confidently manage event logistics from planning through on-site execution.
- You have strong project management skills and exceptional attention to detail.
- You are a proactive problem-solver who remains calm and resourceful in fast-paced environments.
- You have experience working with agencies, venues, vendors, and external partners.
- You are an effective communicator who can build relationships across teams and influence stakeholders through collaboration.
- You are passionate about restaurants, hospitality, dining experiences, and local communities.
