Creator Partnerships Manager Jobs

Key responsibilities

• Identify, recruit, and onboard creators aligned with brand or platform objectives
• Manage end-to-end creator campaigns including briefing, deliverable tracking, and performance reporting
• Negotiate partnership terms, rates, and contracts with creators and their agents
• Coordinate product seeding and gifting programs to generate organic creator content
• Serve as the primary relationship manager for an assigned roster of creators
• Collaborate with marketing, product, and social teams to align creator activity with broader campaigns

Education & background

Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field, though portfolio and hands-on creator or influencer marketing experience is often weighted equally.

Career path

Progresses from junior associate or intern to manager, senior manager, lead, or director of creator partnerships; can also specialise by platform (TikTok, YouTube), region (APAC, EMEA), or creator tier (macro, UGC, affiliate).
