Your mission is to help build one of the most recognizable B2B brands in Germany and turn it into a real demand engine.

This is a hands-on, high-ownership role. You will work closely with the founders and shape how Alan&Eve looks, sounds, and grows.

What that means in practice:

• Build a bold, premium brand people remember

• Shape our positioning, messaging, and narrative

• Run campaigns from idea to execution

• Grow our LinkedIn and social presence

• Build strong content across web, social, cases, events, and partner marketing

• Support SEO, GEO, and AI-driven marketing workflows

• Work with top-tier partners like Wiz, Auth0, Okta, Grafana Labs, AWS, and Google Cloud

• Test fast, learn fast, and focus on what works

• Help turn attention into pipeline

This role is for someone who wants to do more than marketing.

Your profile

We are not looking for the most senior person in the room.

We are looking for someone with taste, energy, curiosity, ownership, ambition and humour. Someone who wants to grow fast, bring ideas, and make things happen.

You might be a fit if you:

• are organized and able to move things forward

• are excited by content, campaigns, social, storytelling, and demand generation

• are interested in SEO, GEO, AI workflows, and partner marketing

• learn quickly and are not afraid to figure things out

• communicate very well in English

German is a plus, not a must.

A big plus is some experience in brand, content, growth, social media, startup or agency environments, design tools, CMS tools, or AI tools.

Most importantly, mindset matters more than a perfect CV.

You do not need to have done everything before.

You do need the drive to learn fast and level up quickly.
