Job Description
We are looking for a data-driven and performance-oriented Growth Marketing Manager to lead and optimise our paid search strategy across Google Ads, Bing Ads, LinkedIn and other relevant platforms. This role is central to driving measurable growth, delivering ROI, and supporting the customer acquisition and retention goals of the business.
PRINCIPLE ACCOUNTABILITIES
- Develop and execute growth marketing strategies that drive pipeline, revenue growth, customer acquisition, and demand generation across Fastmarkets' key markets and products.
- Own the planning, execution, and optimisation of multi-channel marketing programmes across Google Ads, Microsoft Ads (Bing), LinkedIn, content syndication partners, account-based marketing, retargeting, email nurture programmes, and emerging growth channels.
- Manage the growth marketing technology stack, including platforms such as DreamData, GA4, Google Tag Manager, Marketo, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Power BI, and CRM systems, ensuring effective campaign execution, measurement, attribution, and optimisation.
- Manage marketing investment, budget allocation, forecasting, and performance measurement to maximise ROI, pipeline contribution, and revenue impact.
- Define audience targeting, segmentation, and go-to-market activation strategies in partnership with Product Marketing, Demand Generation, Content, Sales, and Marketing Operations teams.
- Lead the continuous optimisation of campaigns, landing pages, messaging, targeting, and conversion journeys to improve lead quality, conversion rates, and commercial outcomes.
- Build and maintain reporting frameworks and performance dashboards, providing actionable insights on campaign effectiveness, attribution, pipeline generation, and revenue contribution, whilst working closely with Marketing Operations and Analytics teams to ensure accurate tracking, attribution, lead management, and full-funnel measurement.
- Manage relationships with external agencies, media partners, technology vendors, and content syndication providers, ensuring strong performance, commercial accountability, lead quality, and alignment to business objectives.
- Identify and evaluate new growth opportunities through market research, audience insights, competitor analysis, search intelligence, intent data, and emerging marketing technologies.
- Act as the subject matter expert for growth marketing channels, advising stakeholders on channel strategy, campaign planning, audience engagement, marketing technology, and performance optimisation.
- Be a true partner for the Campaigns and Product Marketing teams, collaborating on how to maximise the effectiveness of campaigns utilising paid strategies, taking briefs on audiences, key markets and personas and providing guidance and advice on performance optimisation to achieve campaign goals.
- Support annual planning, quarterly business reviews, and marketing strategy development through data-driven recommendations and performance insights.

KNOWLEDGE, EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS
We are looking for an individual who is highly motivated, driven, and have a passion to be part of a fast-paced, successful team. Being a strong team player is also important as well as someone who is happy to work flexibly.
Essential
- 5+ years' experience in Growth Marketing, Demand Generation, Digital Marketing, or Performance Marketing.
- Proven experience delivering pipeline growth, lead generation, customer acquisition, and revenue impact through multi-channel marketing programmes.
- Strong hands-on experience with Google Ads, Microsoft Ads (Bing), LinkedIn Campaign Manager, content syndication, and other digital acquisition channels.
- Experience with marketing and analytics platforms such as GA4, Google Tag Manager, DreamData, Marketo, Power BI, and CRM systems.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in attribution, reporting, forecasting, budget management, and performance optimisation.
- Experience managing agencies, vendors, media partners, and external stakeholders.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and project management skills. Collaboration with other marketing teams is essential for this role.
- Data-driven mindset with a passion for testing, optimisation, and continuous improvement.
Desirable
- Experience in B2B subscription, information services, events, professional services, or commodity markets.
- Experience with account-based marketing (ABM), intent data, content syndication, and lead nurturing programmes.
- Knowledge of SEO, CRO, customer journey optimisation, and marketing automation.
- Experience working across multiple international markets.
