What You'll Do:

  • Research and identify relevant influencers, creators, and content partners across platforms such as YouTube, Instagram and Naver
  • Support end-to-end campaign execution, from creator sourcing and outreach to coordination, posting follow-up, and reporting
  • Build and maintain influencer pipelines, trackers, and campaign documentation
  • Coordinate with creators, agencies, and internal stakeholders on deliverables, timelines, posting schedules, and usage rights
  • Work cross-functionally with the Korea team, as well as APAC and Global teams, to ensure campaigns are aligned with broader brand and business priorities
  • Support communication and day-to-day collaboration with external agencies handling
  • Review influencer content and help ensure it aligns with Emma’s brand direction, campaign objectives, and market needs
  • Track and report campaign performance across key metrics such as reach, engagement, clicks, conversions, and ROI
  • Monitor creator, social media, and competitor trends in Korea to identify new partnership opportunities and content directions
  • Support operational tasks including product seeding, sample logistics, invoice tracking, and internal coordination
  • Help improve the way we run influencer marketing by contributing ideas, insights, and practical solutions
  • Who You Are:

  • You are currently pursuing, or have recently completed, a degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Media, or a related field
  • You have a strong interest in influencer marketing, social media, digital marketing, and e-commerce
  • You are highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple tasks at once
  • You are hands-on, proactive, and not afraid to take ownership, even in an ambiguous or fast-changing environment
  • You are comfortable working with Excel / Google Sheets / PowerPoint
  • You have strong communication skills in Korean and English 
  • You are comfortable working with multiple stakeholders across local, regional, and global teams
  • You are curious about what makes content effective, creator partnerships successful, and brands relevant in the Korean market
  • Can report to our South Korea office for the entirety of the 6-month duration/period
  • Nice To Have:

  • Prior internship, project, or hands-on experience in influencer marketing, social media, PR, digital marketing, or e-commerce
  • Good understanding of the Korean creator ecosystem and local platform dynamics
  • Experience working with agencies, external partners, or cross-functional stakeholders is a plus
  • Interest in consumer brands, lifestyle, home & living, or wellness categories
  • Basic understanding of campaign performance metrics and how marketing activity connects to business outcomes
