What you'll do:

  • Coordinate the end-to-end execution of influencer campaigns, ensuring timely and high-quality results.
  • Identify, assess, and negotiate with influencers across various platforms.
  • Manage contracts, budgets, and collaborate with external agencies and internal teams for approvals.
  • Work closely with creative and legal teams to align on messaging and strategy.
  • Monitor campaign performance, gather insights, and contribute to the evolution of the influencer program.

    • Who we're looking for:

  • You have completed a relevant degree (Bachelor’s or Master’s) in business, communication, marketing, or a similar field.
  • You bring at least two years of proven experience in influencer marketing, with a focus on the Iberia market.
  • You have a deep understanding of social media platforms and audience behaviors.
  • You’re driven, with a strong passion for making an impact and pushing projects forward.
  • You are data-driven with excellent analytical skills.
  • You work independently, with a structured and self-reliant approach.
  • You’re proactive, enjoy taking initiative, and can manage projects on your own.
  • You’re communicative, confident, and comfortable engaging with others.
  • You are committed to continuous personal and professional growth.
