What You’ll Do

We are looking for a highly connected, culturally insightful, and strategic PR & Influencer Relations Manager to lead our communications, influencer marketing, press monitoring and agency management efforts across the GCC, with a strong focus on Saudi Arabia and the UAE.

This is a hands-on leadership role for a relationship builder who thrives in a fast-paced environment, understands regional cultural nuances, and has an exceptional network of media, creators, influencers, agencies, and industry stakeholders. The ideal candidate combines strategic thinking with flawless execution and is passionate about building meaningful brand impact through authentic storytelling and community engagement.

The candidates believes the best campaigns aren't bought, they're earned through genuine cultural moments that make people feel something. Reach without resonance doesn't interest them.

The candidate must have a strong understanding of business and commercial objectives and hence act as a strategic partner to business and marketing teams, in order to drive sales performance on top of brand desirability.

What You’ll Be Working On

Strategic Communications & Influencer Marketing

  • Develop and execute integrated PR, influencer, and event strategies across the GCC region.
  • Identify emerging cultural trends, social conversations, and opportunities relevant to regional audiences.
  • Create culturally relevant campaigns rooted in local insights, traditions, and consumer behaviors.

Influencer & Creator Relations

  • Build, nurture, and maintain strong relationships with key influencers, creators, talent managers, media personalities, and industry stakeholders.
  • Lead PR Agencies and retailers in developing, negotiating & targeting influencers or press.
  • Organize regular meetings, networking events, and relationship-building opportunities with creators and journalists.

Agency & Partner Management

  • Manage external agencies (PR, Events..)
  • Set clear KPIs and performance expectations for agency partners.
  • Monitor deliverables, budgets, timelines, and reporting.
  • Drive accountability and continuous optimization across agency relationships.

Campaign Management & Reporting

  • Oversee the execution of campaigns from strategy through delivery.
  • Manage and monitor campaign performance using CreatorIQ and other relevant tools.
  • Track KPIs, performance metrics, budget utilization, and ROI.
  • Produce actionable insights and recommendations based on campaign results.
  • Manage budgets aligned with Marketing Managers and P&L.
  • Support on monitoring market insights and competitors best practices

Events & Community Engagement

  • Develop and execute influencer events, brand experiences, launches, and community activations.
  • Represent the brand at industry events and networking opportunities.
  • Build meaningful relationships within the regional creator and media ecosystem.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Partner closely with marketing, social media, brand, and leadership teams.
  • Ensure consistency of messaging and brand positioning across all channels.
  • Provide strategic counsel on reputation management and communications opportunities.

Must Haves:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in PR, communications, events influencer marketing, or integrated marketing
  • Proven experience managing agencies and external partners.
  • Strong experience working across GCC markets, particularly Saudi Arabia and the UAE.
  • Demonstrated success leading influencer and creator marketing programs at scale.
  • Experience using CreatorIQ or equivalent influencer marketing platforms.

Network & Market Knowledge

  • Extensive network of influencers, creators, talent managers, media contacts, and industry stakeholders across the Middle East.
  • Deep understanding of Saudi cultural dynamics, media landscape, influencer ecosystem, and consumer behavior.
  • Strong knowledge of UAE and broader GCC communications environments.

  • Strong project management and organizational capabilities.
  • Data-driven mindset with experience measuring and optimizing campaign performance.
