Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute organic search strategy across technical, on-page, and off-page disciplines
• Conduct technical SEO audits and coordinate fixes with engineering or development teams
• Perform keyword research and map intent to site architecture and content plans
• Brief, review, and optimise content for search visibility and topical authority
• Build and manage link acquisition and digital PR outreach programmes
• Monitor and report on rankings, organic traffic, and conversion metrics using analytics tools
• Identify and act on emerging search trends including AI Overviews and Answer Engine Optimisation (AEO)
• Manage and mentor junior SEO specialists or coordinate cross-functional SEO workstreams
