Job Description
Your contribution to something big:
- Plan, design, and create high-quality, product-related multimedia documentation in a structured editorial environment.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including technical editors, video producers, R&D engineers, and product managers in Aveiro and other international locations.
- Drive documentation and video projects from concept to deployment within a dynamic, global development environment.
- Champion content quality by supporting the development and optimization of style guides, standardized terminology, and corporate templates.
- Manage and brief external translation service providers, ensuring high-quality localization and terminology consistency across all target languages.
Qualifications
What distinguishes you:
Education
- Msc degree in Technical Writing, Translation, Communications, English/Linguistics, or related field
Experience
- Proven experience in technical writing, copy editing, instructional design, or creating multimedia documentation.
Know how
- Technical Understanding: Basic technical interest or know-how in the fields of thermotechnology, thermodynamics, or electrical engineering.
- Good understanding of translation workflows and coordinating with external localization agencies.
- Familiarity with creating scripts or storyboards for consumable multimedia content.
Languages
- Excellent written and spoken English skills

- A target-oriented, highly structured, and methodical approach to content planning and organization.
- Strong organizational and prioritization skills with the flexibility to adapt to changing project requirements.
