Creative Director Jobs
What does a Creative Director do?
A Creative Director sets the overarching creative vision for a brand, campaign, or product, spanning art direction, copy, and design. Day-to-day, they brief and guide creative teams (art directors, copywriters, designers), review and approve work across channels (social, digital, OOH, video), and collaborate with strategy, marketing, and product stakeholders to ensure creative output meets both brand standards and business objectives. Depending on the specialization, social, copy, art, CPG, or growth marketing, they may focus more heavily on a specific medium or audience, but the core responsibility is always translating a brief into compelling, coherent creative work.
