Position Overview

We’re looking for a highly creative, detail-oriented Social Media & Content Marketing Specialist to help manage multiple brands across our portfolio. This person will be responsible for planning, creating, scheduling, and publishing engaging content while maintaining each brand’s unique voice and visual identity.
The ideal candidate has a strong eye for design, understands what performs on social media, enjoys working with AI tools, and can turn ideas into polished graphics, videos, captions, blog posts, and email content.

This role is perfect for someone who loves both creativity and organization and thrives in a fast-paced marketing environment.

Responsibilities

Social Media Management

• Manage and maintain multiple social media accounts across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, X, and other platforms.
• Create, schedule, publish, and optimize daily content.
• Maintain a consistent posting calendar.
• Monitor engagement and respond to comments and messages when appropriate.
• Identify trending topics, hashtags, and content opportunities.

Creative Content Production

• Design professional graphics and social media assets using Canva.
• Create visually appealing templates that align with each brand’s identity.
• Produce AI-generated graphics, images, and content using modern AI tools.
• Edit short-form videos, reels, and stories.
• Ensure all creative assets meet brand guidelines.

Copywriting

• Write engaging social media captions.
• Assist with blog writing and content updates.
• Draft marketing emails and newsletters.
• Repurpose long-form content into social media posts.

Brand Support

• Help maintain a consistent brand voice across all channels.
• Organize creative assets and templates.
• Collaborate with the marketing team on campaigns and promotions.
• Assist with content brainstorming and campaign planning.

Qualifications

Required

• Experience managing social media for businesses or brands.
• Strong Canva skills.
• Excellent written communication and grammar.
• Strong visual design sense with an eye for layout, typography, and branding.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Highly organized and self-motivated.
• Comfortable learning and using AI tools.

Preferred

• Experience with scheduling platforms such as Buffer, Hootsuite, Later, Sprout Social, or Meta Business Suite.
• Experience using AI tools such as ChatGPT, Midjourney, DALL·E, Claude, or similar.
• Basic video editing experience (CapCut, Canva, Adobe Express, etc.).
• Basic knowledge of SEO and blog optimization.
• Experience with email marketing platforms such as Mailchimp, HubSpot, or Constant Contact.
